Candidates can be based out of ICF’s offices in Chicago, IL; New, York, NY; or Minneapolis, MN are strongly preferred, but we are also open to remote candidates.
We’re currently hiring an Account Executive, Influencer Marketing to join our team of award-winning communicators, creatives, and strategists to create needle-moving PR and influencer campaigns for major beverage brands under the Molson Coors portfolio, like Miller Lite, Coors Light, Blue Moon, Vizzy, Topo Chico Hard Seltzer, and others.
The ICF Next Integrated Communications division is focused on delivering best-in-class creative, earned media, and influencer marketing for today’s top brands.
Team Molson Coors brings to life some of today’s most prolific beverage brands through PR and influencers and creates ‘brands people want to hang out with.’ Our diverse and dynamic team leads programming across 15+ brands and of varying scale. Whether it’s launching a massive J Balvin partnership with Miller Lite, creating some #drama with Topo Chico Hard Seltzer by offering to send your ex a cactus or dreaming sweatsuits-meets-lederhosen hybrids for Oktoberfest, we’ve done it all.

ICF Next’s influencer marketing practice is focused on delivering best-in-class creative content strategy for some of today’s top brands. As a member of this team, you’ll be working one-on-one with creators and talent and building true connections between brand fans and their communities.
Manage influencer programming, both earned and paid, across a selection of brands under the Molson Coors portfolio (including Miller Lite, Coors Light, Vizzy, Topo Chico Hard Seltzer, Blue Moon, Leinenkugel’s and more)
Assist in planning and executing influencer relations strategies including contributing to brainstorms, developing briefing materials, and being accountable for measurable results and reporting
Source influencers for select brands, using software like Tagger and/or organic search methods
Manage contracting and negotiations with influencers and internal ICF contracts team
Work with influencers to create in-culture content on behalf of different brands
Work with vendors to create seeding kits, merch, and more for influencer programming
Help manage and assist in executing strategic partnerships with top-tier celebrities
Demonstrate an understanding of social and influencer analytics, including impressions, engagement rates, etc.
Demonstrate strong client communications including assisting in development and participation in presentations, annual plans, recommendations, and competitive analyses
Show tenacious problem-solving skills and a curiosity for what’s possible, always thinking of new ways to breakthrough while meeting client’s marketing challenges
Build strong relationships with internal teams while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude and championing great work
Show passion, energy and ability to identify, translate and capitalize on pop culture trends to activate and drive talk value for clients
Manage timelines and creative deliverables to ensure consistency and impeccable quality
Serve as an expert on what is trending across influencer marketing and social media
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Social Media, Mass Communications, Journalism, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social, influencer marketing, or other closely related field
Impeccable time management and prioritization skills
Ability to coordinate projects from inception to completion and meet demanding deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written skills
