Partner, Digital Business Development (Adobe)

We’re currently hiring for a Partner, Digital Business Development. 

As a Partner, Digital Business Development, you will: 

  • Be an active participant in our growing sales team, working within a focused and prioritized set of markets and capability areas and sharing best practices and lessons learned across the team.

  • Build new relationships with key brands and 2021 targets. 

  • Understand and deliver value to our clients through ICF Next’s full suite of digital capabilities, including digital marketing strategy + solutions, digital enablement + training, content management, web and mobile app development + marketing, e-commerce, technology modernization + implementation, user experience management + design, search engine optimization + marketing, and more.  

  • Be a hunter at heart, yet consultative and solution-oriented in approach, to translate new business challenges into differentiated ICF Next solutions  

  • Manage our North America-based Adobe partnership by:

    • Leading strategic partnership with Adobe Partner Success team, ensuring strong sales alignment across core target verticals & productsElevate ICF Next’s positioning and awareness within the Adobe Partner Leadership team

    • Working across ICF Next and ICF with Division & Line of Business leaders to drive customer awareness and consideration of Adobe products, solutions and playbooks to support partnership growth.

    • Ensuring that ICF Next staff actively promote Adobe as it makes sense within joint target accounts

    • Ensuring that our Adobe partnership yields increasing ASV, Pipeline & margins each year

    • Representing ICF Next with Adobe through thought leadership, customer success stories, and strategic events in coordination with our marketing team

    • Developing and maintaining story-based case studies that represent our Adobe engagements

  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle and build a viable sales pipeline to achieve your individual and contribute to the team’s sales targets

  • Have access to our inside sales and marketing team for support

  • Manage a seamless transition from sales to service delivery 

  • Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities, create and execute targeted outbound programs to build our ICF Next brand and surface new opportunities 

  • Prospect, lead, and maintain outbound sales growth to foster new client relationships 

  • Have an established network and pipeline of contacts to bring to the table, for immediate impact and success.  

As a Partner, Digital Business Development, you will have: 

  • 15+ years of digital agency or consultancy experience supporting Global 2000 organizations with increasing responsibility to sell and deliver high-value experience led transformation services, leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud.  

  • 5+ year of establishing relationships with service and technology partners, systems integrations, and other channel partners while also possessing an existing network of senior-level client relationships  

  • 5+ years of experience negotiating major contracts and closing seven-figure new business deals 

  • Existing, strong relationships within the Adobe sales & partnership organizations

  • An undergraduate degree, required (BA/BS)
