Team Leads - Energy Efficiency Program
ICF seeks Team Leads to support an Energy Efficiency Program based out of Europe. In this position you will provide technical guidance to team members regarding disaster management, request for reimbursement, request for advance, procurement guidelines. These positions are on-call and will be home-based. Temporary project to start in December 2020 and end in January 2021.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide the Grants Management Team with Technical Guidance to ensure compliance and requirements throughout the Grant Review process. Lead, manage, organize and set priorities within their team in order to meet established client priorities. Provide oversight to ensure accurate, quality, and on-time delivery of assigned tasks. Monitor unit workloads and track key metrics.
Monitor status of Reimbursements from assignment to the unit through completion; to include the tracking of different components and requests that impact the RFR completion. (ie. RFIs and cost analysis)
Coordinate and participate in resolution of grant related issues and concerns.
Assist unit with addressing issues presented during the review of RFRs or RFAs.
Optimize Grant Review policy and procedures
Measure performance with key metrics.
Keep management team informed on issues, problems & resolutions.
Provide timely customer service to Subrecipients and the client
Qualifications and Education Requirements
4+ years of professional experience
Bilingual - Spanish and English.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of smartphone apps, MS Office, Data Information System & Time Management Skills
FEMA coursework
Experience working with a State Government or FEMA
Bachelor Degree
Professional Skills
Strong organization skills required.
Strong analytical skills required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
