Sharepoint Administrator
ICF is recruiting for a SharePoint Administrator to lead an on-site support project in Arlington, VA (currently remote due to COVID-19). We support the course management, evaluation, Web site, and other related systems for a federal client. Support includes project management, operations, data analytics and reporting, and facilitating improvements to the systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience with administration, configuration and development support of agency SharePoint sites
Organize site hierarchy in accordance with agency’s division and site collections
Perform content updates and enhancements to SharePoint sites using web parts and applications
Create, manage and remove SharePoint sites, permissions, pages, document libraries, lists, web parts and applications as appropriate
Experience developing, designing and testing SharePoint/MS InfoPath forms and workflows
Experience managing permission groups for SharePoint including managing access requests and applying the appropriate level access
Perform periodic audits of the agency’s SharePoint access rights and permission levels to ensure the appropriate users and groups have access
Assist with identifying, tracking and resolving SharePoint issues and communicating status to stakeholders
Provision new team sites, communication sites, project sites, or other supported site types per requests from stakeholders
Collaborate with site members on appropriately tagging documents with sensitivity and privacy settings
Assist with drafting guidelines, policies and procedures
Develop and run required system reports, analyze and compile data, and report progress and performance of systems and tracked business activities
Provide documentation, tracking, and monitoring for change requests and develop change requests and cost/benefit analyses as-appropriate for recommended system improvements.
Maintain documentation of updates or improvements for system and business process documentation and standard operating procedures and related user guides.
Design and develop announcements, summaries, presentations, and briefings to document and promote system activities, changes, and procedures.
Ability to effectively communicate with client regarding issues and work on multiple projects concurrently, balancing needs and/or priority setting for projects
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
2 + years of professional experience in data gathering and analytics, usability testing and/or quality assurance and control processes, federal IT systems and technology, and customer support
Experience working Microsoft SharePoint
Experience using Microsoft Excel for tracking; using formulas, pivot tables, graphs and other functions
US Citizenship (required by federal government for position)
Preferred Skills and/or Experience:
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and InfoPath
Experience with business intelligence software, such as a Tableau or Power BI (Nice to have)
Experience developing and maintaining project plans using MS Project
Experience with business process analysis and modeling (BPMN) and designing workflows using MS Visio
