ICF is currently looking for professionals in Puerto Rico to join our Disaster Management team to assist in the recovery operations from the aftermath of Hurricanes Irma and María and future disasters. Our team will assist the sub applicants from those disasters in maximizing grant opportunities.
ICF employs experienced professionals who work to improve the conditions of America's most at-risk populations-reaching out directly to the populations in need, as well as providing strategic consulting support to human services agencies throughout the United States. Our talented teams provide Disaster Management services that address a diverse set of critical issues in Housing Assistance Recovery.
We are actively interviewing local candidates in the Puerto Rico area with experience in Hazard Mitigation to provide support in all facets of intermediate and long-term recovery efforts.

- Hazard Mitigation Technical Liaison
- Hazard Mitigation Compliance Lead
- Hazard Mitigation Project Lead
- Hazard Mitigation Technical Specialist
- Hazard Mitigation Financial Specialist
- Hazard Mitigation Planner Specialist
- GIS Specialist

Requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 – 5 years of recent related experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
