ServiceNow Senior Operations / System Administrator
ICF is seeking an experienced, ServiceNow Senior Operations / System Administrator based in Arlington, VA. The position is responsible for the technical operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of previously deployed capabilities on the ServiceNow platform for a Federal agency client.
Coordinates with architects and leads efforts on the platform through defining, implementing, configuring, and managing the application architecture to efficiently deliver new application capabilities
Serves as the technical point of contact responsible for all deployment of new functionality, version upgrade management, user acceptance testing coordination, and break/fix repair
Authors and maintains all required documentation, briefings, models and designs around APIs, SLAs and various technical standards in support of deployed application(s)
Works closely with program leadership, architects, development teams, security and operations staff, etc. to ensure alignment to contract requirements, security needs, and client expectations
Serve as the technical point of contact and level 2/3 escalation for the deployed applications and systems functionality
BS in information systems or computer science.
Demonstrated experience in delivering high value solutions from your customer’s perspective (have a minimum CSAT score of 8/10) with a minimum of five (5) years of direct experience with one or more ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, and ITOM product suites and a minimum of two (2) years of direct experience with each product suite that led to two or more successful ServiceNow implementations of these suites to support more than 1,000 users.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in Software Asset Management, IT Service Management, or Service Mapping
Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining ServiceNow operations, data integrity, project management to drive initiative around platform updates, new configurations, applications and integrations with other solutions
Demonstrated experience managing users, data, and security in an integrated ServiceNow platform with 1,000+ users
Demonstrated knowledge in developing and executing maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the platform
Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing automated test strategy (includes best practices, guidelines, process, tooling)
Ability to monitor, troubleshoot and recommend solutions for integrations between ServiceNow and other off-premise cloud services such as Salesforce, and between other on-premise systems
Demonstrated experience in prioritizing and managing process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing data integrity, reporting capability, and process efficiency
