Job Description:  Recruiter

Location: Bangalore

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing job postings and attracting qualified candidates across a wide variety of sectors (ranging from aviation, creative/digital agency to public policy) and levels of seniority
  • Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for client requirements
  • Qualifying and shortlisting candidates 
  • Aiding hiring teams in setting up interviews and taking part in the interview process
  • Using social media to identify talent
  • Increasing candidate base through referrals and executive searching
  • Develop active candidate database for bids and proposals using LinkedIn
  • Generating leads and market information
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of recruitment and selection tools and legislation and processes.
  • Attending careers fairs, networking groups, universities and drop-in sessions.
  • Working with Hiring Managers to find effective and timely solutions to their open positions

Basic Requirements: 

  • 4-6 years’ experience in a recruitment environment, either in-house or in an agency
  • Experience in a medium-volume environment, across a wide range of seniority
  • Experience in applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday 
  • Interest in analytical recruitment technology innovations, keen to follow trends
  • Good experience using social media in a recruiting environment
  • Experience and proven success in hiring for technical positions
  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Proven experience working closely with all levels of a business
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in another European language would be an added benefit

  • Must be able to build relationships internally as well as externally
  • Energetic and flexible with good teamwork attitude and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Must be able to multi task and prioritise workload effectively
