Jr Online Community Manager

ICF Next/Novacomm is hiring a Junior Online Community Manager to work full time as a consultant at the client premises. More specifically, the Junior Online Community Manager shall implement the tasks as follows:

What is expected:

  • Develop content for the social media platforms of the Representation (Facebook, Twitter, Instragram)
  • Contribute to the development of the social media strategy
  • Monitoring performance of our social media platforms (ideally with Social Bakers, Hootsuite) and provide recommendations

Profile:

  • Perfect writing skills in Dutch (native)
  • Good knowledge of French (min. C1)
  • Knowledge of Flanders, to be able to get the Flemish angle of the audience in Belgium
  • Ability to write in plain language, to adapt technical matters into something adapted for the general public
  • Experience in community management (does not need to be very long but needs to be convincing)
  • Good knowledge of Social Bakers
  • Knowledge of the EU is a plus but not compulsory. Interest in the EU is necessary
  • Creative
  • Photo skills
  • Ability to create videos is an asset
