HR Administrator

Position: HR Administrator

Location: Delhi-India

What do l get to do?

From day one, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of HR, L&D and Recruitment activities which will have significant impact to the business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out general administrative duties as necessary for the efficient and professional operation of the HR department.
  • Assistance in Statutory compliances - PF (Social security fund) withdrawal/ transfer cases.
  • Provide strategic and operational Learning & Development support - arranging, managing training logistics - room booking, calendar booking, delegates list etc.
  • Employee Benefits admin support for Medical insurance - claims processing, support on employee queries, endorsements etc
  • Create personal files for all new starters and ensure all documentation is present and completed.
  • Work with and support the various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ensure all systems are always up to date.

  • Managing all starter and leaver processes for Delhi office.
  • The production of HR metrics and analytics, including Recruitment, attrition.
  • Work on ad-hoc HR projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 plus years of administrative work experience
  • Prior experience handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Word / Excel is essential in this fast-paced client-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
