Business Development Manager

We’re currently hiring for a Sr. Business Development Manager in our Chicago office.

We're an award-winning digital agency that's growing fast and strong. And behind that growth is an amazing business development team pinning down the next changemaking project for us to work on. The Senior Business Development Manager is the next contributor to this high-performing group.

In this role, you'll build relationships with key decision makers In the marketing and communications Industry, with the end goal of helping these brands improve their digital products and presence. This is a chance to work side by side with accomplished business development professionals In a collaborative - not competitive - atmosphere to nurture your own skills and approach. As this team grows, you'll be able to carve our your own lane of expertise, bringing your previous experience to the next level. 
There is an opportunity for this role to grow to either a business development leadership role, or an account executive role.

As a Sr. Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Experience building relationships with key contacts within strategic enterprise accounts
  • Background in developing new business and assisting Account Executives throughout the sales cycle
  • Familiarity with sales automation/CRM tools like – Zoominfo, Outreach.io and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience selling and/or knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Entrepreneurial and independent work ethic
  • Desire to be promoted into team lead or account executive role in the future

As a Sr. Business Development Manager, you will have:

  • 3+ years of experience selling software services and/or enterprise software within the digital space
  • Experience interacting with software/agency partners
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Highly motivated
