About the role
Key to this role is building relationships with members of the Exhibition team, our clients, suppliers and the wider business. You will work with members of the Exhibition team and the Client Services team to deliver tasks on a broad range of Exhibitions, Experiential activations and live communication event projects, whilst working with some of the best creatives in the business. Your main responsibilities will also include:
- Developing an understanding of technical production build, logistics and health and safety
- Performing allocated tasks on projects, on time and to Budget
- Building strong relationships with suppliers including negotiation of best rates
- Showing an understanding of effectively managing costs and achieving against specific targets on gross profit and fee recovery
- Demonstrating an understanding of client organisations/sectors and how to work with them
- Clear and effective communication with clients when working directly with them on an allocated task / project
Your strong process approach means you’re very outcome-focused, with experience of working to multiple deadlines in a fast paced, professional environment. You have good business acumen and demonstrate a sound knowledge of the Creative Communications industry. You have the passion and personality that helps you work collaboratively with your team and your colleagues across the business to deliver well executed projects. You can build effective relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
