ICF seeks a State PDMG to support Disaster Recovery efforts in Puerto Rico. Serving as the State PDMG you will interface with FEMA, COR3 and ICF Regional Liaison Team in assigned sector (Municipalities, Water, Energy, Transportation, Communication, Housing, Public Building, Capacity Building, Health & Social Services, Natural & Cultural resources and Economics).   Strong experience in engineering (Civil, Electrical, Architectural) is highly desirable. 

In addition, you will:

  • Monitor status projects through obligations and completion
  • Coordinate and participate in resolution of project related issues and concerns
  • Optimize procedures and maintain communication and focus
  • Measure performance with key metrics
  • Keep management team informed on issues, problems and resolutions

Qualifications and experience you’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual Spanish and English
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, organize time effectively
  • Flexibility of schedule and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent referrals from past employers
  • 3 or more years’ experience in domain which you are assigned (Municipalities, Water, Energy, Transportation, Communication, Housing, Public Building, Capacity Building, Health & Social Services, Natural & Cultural resources and Economics).   

Qualifications we’d prefer you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural)
  • Hands on working experience in engineering, construction, building
