Learning Operations Specialist

Learning Operations Specialist, Bangalore or Delhi

As Learning Operations Specialist, you will support the ongoing deployment of ICF’s evolving learning programs and offerings. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating availability and scheduling of live and virtual training across our Europe & Asia regions
  • Schedule live and virtual training events in Workday Learning
  • Liaise with 3rd party training vendors to deploy 3rd party training across our Europe and Asia regions
  • Assist in the setup and preparation of virtual training environments (i.e. Adobe Connect and Skype for Business)
  • Produce and assist in facilitation (as needed) of virtual training events within virtual training platforms (i.e. Adobe Connect and Skype for Business)
  • Remote coordination of logistics and setup for live training events
  • Assist with post-training activities including roster updates, learner communications, and reporting
  • Support learners before, during, and after training events within the virtual classroom, via email or chat, and via an automated ticketing system
  • Support the administration of the Apprenticeship Levy in the UK
  • Support other corporate learning needs as needed including planning, production, user support, and reporting

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Bachelor’s in business, training, or related field preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience in training and development
  • 3+ years’ experience preparing, producing, and closing out virtual classroom experiences, particularly with Adobe Connect and Skype for Business
  • 1+ years’ experience in administrative support and/or event planning in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365
