Helpdesk Support Specialist

ICF seeks an experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist that will serve as the first point of contact providing technical assistance and support for all client-related issues.

In this role you will:

  •   Address client queries via phone or email as required.
  • Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques to pertinent questions.
  • Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue into trouble ticketing system.
  • Install, modify, and repair enterprise network computer systems hardware and software.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems and provide reporting metrics.
  • Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.

What you need to be considered:

  • Secret Clearance
  • 3+ years of relevant Technical Support experience
  • Experience working in a DoD environment
