Key Responsibilities

As a Sr., Account Management you will:

  • Lead Account Management team, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationship with our clients. Including on-going client collaboration, setting communication and reporting standards, acting as escalation, and driving overall group strategy.
  • Collaborates with other team members to ensure overall project and program delivery for clients.
  • Help develop project scopes, pricing, and participate in new business pursuits and presentations
  • Demonstrate strong client communications include developing and participating in presentations, quarterly business reviews and annual planning.
  • Work with clients to identify improvements and new projects and manage through to completion in order to ensure successful project delivery
  • Help manage client and group level financial reporting. Including P&L, revenue projects, and profitability analysis.

Qualifications/Skills

As a Sr., Account Management you will have:

  • 7 + years of experience or relevant work experience in an Account Management, IT or Digital focused role. Proactive account management and client relationship building
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage relationships with people at all levels of the client organizations.
  • Proven capabilities to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Time management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement is critical
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to receive critical feedback and provide revisions accordingly
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management and other departments.
  • Ability to travel 50% for client and internal meetings
