We’re currently hiring for a Senior Digital Activation Strategist in our Minneapolis office.

As a Senior Digital Activation Strategist you will:

●     Have Project Ownership.

o   Plans, executes and optimizes paid social channel launches and QAs within media campaigns.

o   Be an expert in Paid Social platforms, from planning and running ecommerce paid social activity and staying up to date on products, bid strategies, and betas

o   Monitors bids and the accounts daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, return on investment and other important metrics

o   Showcases an understanding in digital platforms, with emphasis in programmatic or direct response media

o   Develops paid social and digital recommendations for designated clients and projects.

o   Thought leadership within discipline by attending conferences and developing best practices for clients within the agency

o   Where appropriate, owns communication for designated client contacts.

o   Oversees monitoring and optimization of digital campaigns.

o   Assists in the building of presentations that logically and clearly communicate social and digital recommendations.

o   Analyzes digital results and translates to meaningful, actionable insights to clients including preparation of reporting presentations.

o   Effectively evaluates proposals against best practices and guidelines.

o   Writes accurate and insightful POVs, RFPs and other external communications.

o   Works with Associate Strategist to manage platform executions, updates and optimizations

o   When needed, assists in media partners invoicing and budget reconciliation.

o   Demonstrates proficiency in media planning basics including media math, analysis and media planning and stewardship tools (Advantage, IMS Suite, StrAdegy, SRDS, comScore, DCM, etc.)

●     Manage External Media Relationships.

o   Leads day to day relationships with platforms or media partners, growing relationships and pushing for more seamless integration

o   Clearly communicates media strategies externally to buying partners and the rep community, maintaining a spirit of partnership.

o   Positively represents ICF Next and our clients within the larger marketing community.

●     Observe and Comprehend Trends.

o   Identifies and communicates general market trends, consumer behavior drivers and the latest trends in media development to internal teams

o   A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends

o   Strong understanding of optimization levers & testing approaches across media buying platforms would be desirable

●     Teach and Train.

o   Manages the training and involvement of the Associate Strategists and Interns.

As a Senior Digital Activation Strategist you will have:

  • Expected to have a strong working knowledge of the media landscape (including both traditional and digital media) and available media research.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in media planning and buying
  • Experience managing programmatic campaigns as well experience with paid social platforms; including Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest
  • Demonstrates proficiency in media planning basics including media math, analysis and connections planning and stewardship tools (IMS Suite, StrAdegy, SRDS, comScore, DCM, etc.)
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
