ICF Next's award winning team is hiring several On-Call Social Media Monitoring Specialists. In this critical role you will monitor social media during crisis times, using a social media listening tools towards generating reports for a Fortune 500 corporation. ICF Next's On-Call Social Media Monitoring Specialist is ideal for a detailed oriented individual looking for extra work and has the ability to work overnight at a moments notice. What do you need?
- At least 1 year of work experience in a marketing, communications, or digital agency.
- Working knowledge and experience using social media listening tools such as Sprinklr.
- Proven experience working under pressure and within strict timelines.
- Attention to detail and a sincere desire to create greatness in everything you so.
