ICF seeks an experienced (On Call) Part-Time Work-Life Advisor to support the implementation of work-life services for the Department of Transportation (DOT), a Federal Agency in Washington, DC. The on-site Work-Life Advisor provides leadership and support to the DOT managements on work-life services and programs. The Work-Life Advisor will provide individual consultation and resource materials, information sessions, support groups and trainings on work-life issues such as parenting, child care, financial management, elder care, balancing work and family, and health and wellness. The on-site ICF Work-Life Advisor is on-site a minimum of two days per week with daily e-mail access to ensure DOT employees nationwide have access to the services five days per week.
