Who we’re looking for:We are looking for a Manager, Campus Programs to join our growing team! This position will lead the development and implementation of a cohesive entry level program that supports a broad range of positions across ICF Olson. Based in Chicago, this position reports to the Director, Talent. 

What you’ll get to do:The big picture goal is to design and implement a best in class campus program that attracts top talent across our Digital, Brand Engagement, and Loyalty business units. This position plays a critical role in driving an entry level pipeline of high quality, high caliber students to assume full-time and internship roles within ICFO. You will be responsible for building brand awareness and strong partnerships with colleges and universities across the US to market our career opportunities to students.  As the program leader and point person for students, you will manage their experience during the recruitment process through onboarding and new hire orientation. 

  • Lead all recruitment functions including resume sourcing, phone screens, on-campus and in-person interviews, offer generation, onboarding, and program management
  • Develop and manage strategic campus partnerships to build brand & program awareness 
  • Drive quality candidate pools by facilitating both on-campus and ICFO onsite events; including career fairs, interview sessions and presentations and non-traditional campus events. Continues to identify new events that engage students and elevate program experience.  
  • Work with the Director, Talent, Manager, Learning & Development, and key stakeholders across the business to develop a learning curriculum designed to ensure smooth onboarding experiences as our college hires assimilate into their new roles within the company
  • Accurately track, maintain, report and utilize data to ensure sound hiring practices; including original source, university, year, grade point average, and demographic information.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, Finance, and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of department structure, business strategy, student needs and budget throughout the year. 
  • Develop an employee referral process to support broader entry level program

What you’ll need to succeed:Responsibilities

  • Drive and support the entry level hiring strategy and initiatives to ensure assigned offices are aligned
  • Monitor candidate progression and care for all students identified through these channels
  • Work to increase the pool of diverse candidates in local markets through outreach on campus and with diversity organizations ensuring pipeline for leadership and internship programs and fulltime positions
  • Review, analyze, summarize and report on hiring for all functions, including qualitative and quantitative factors; utilize information to strategize ways to enhance and improve results as needed 
  • Serve as a contact to our the ICF Campus Team to ensure collaboration between local campus recruiting teams and contacts
  • Collaborate with Director, Talent to strategically identify and provide recommendations of new ways to enhance our ability to attract, retain and develop a sustainable pipeline of students

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a Campus Recruiter and/or Manager role, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Proven ability to handle and manage high volume entry-level recruiting
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills with solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs in a high-impact environment
  • Ability to use recruiting applicant tracking system for applicant tracking and reporting 
  • Experience utilizing multiple candidate development tools, including; social media, networking, referrals, etc 
  • Flexibility to work evening hours and some weekends, with ability and willingness to travel about thirty percent of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university

  • Ability to work in a fast pace, professional environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization as required
  • Team player with the ability to work in a high demand, fast-paced environment with diverse, geographically dispersed teams
