Learning Operations Assistant (Part-Time/30 hrs)

ICF is searching for a tech savy, professional, customer focused individual to join our team as a Learning Operations Assistant. In this role you will support the ongoing deployment of ICF’s evolving learning programs and offerings.  This is a part-time position, working 30-32 hours per week both in the Fairfax office and remote. You must be available to work full days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but flexible hours the rest of the week. This is a benefits eligible role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule live and virtual training events in the LMS and virtual training platforms.
  • Provide real-time production and user support for live and virtual training events.
  • Perform post-training activities including roster updates, learner communications, and reporting.
  • Help maintain learning system content and communications.
  • Run reports in learning systems and various survey tools (e.g. Survey Monkey).
  • Assist in addressing learner inquiries via email and an automated ticketing system.
  • Help process vendor purchases and invoices.
  • Assist as needed with other program deployment tasks.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (Bachelor’s in business, training, or related field preferred)
  • 1+ years’ experience in training and development
  • 1+ years’ experience in administrative support and/or event planning in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365. Experience with Adobe Connect is a huge plus!
