Anthrolytics Internship

Who we’re looking for:
Our Anthrolytics team in Minneapolis is looking to hire an Intern. The Anthrolytics team leverages data-driven insights to better understand how an individual’s motivations lead them to perceive and interact with brands. The team is well versed in collecting, organizing, and exploring structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to help devise strategies for brands, measure success and optimize end-to-end customer experiences.
What you’ll get to do:
• Conduct initial research portal searches (E.g. Statista, Forrester, eMarketer, etc.)
• Support consumer research using national consumer surveys (E.g. Simmons) and custom survey instruments
• Assist in Social Listening work including social media research, influencer identification, and supporting paid social efforts
o Help identify and report significant events to stakeholders in a timely manner
o Help build reports to recap the primary topics, events, and influencers that drove the social conversation for a brand
What you’ll need to succeed:
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Social media fluency along with an interest in marketing strategy, analytics and/or PR
• Ability to write logical statements (“if this, not that, then this”), analyze data, and produce an easy to understand report
• Ability to think critically about the data gathered – decipher what is important vs. what is not, as well as the “why” behind trends and events

Education & Minimum Qualifications:
• In pursuit of college degree, preferably in analytics, marketing, advertising, public relations or communications
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong Excel skills and/or a desire to learn about data and analytics, a plus
• Experience with social media analytics tools, a plus
