Account Manager, Cloud Services

What you'll get to do:
  • Manage new client on-boarding process to ensure accurate and timely go-live
  • Coordinate day-to-day and on-going project tasks and status throughout the term of the contract 
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders; weekly status meetings, monthly audits, annual strategic planning 
  • Help identify new growth opportunities with existing Clients accounts
  • Draft new contracts and SOWs along with internal Contracts team
  • Support Sales team with proposals and new sales opportunities for the Cloud Services team
What you'll need to succeed:
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in a customer service role that includes account management; 1+ years technical or agency experience preferred
  • Proactive account management and client relationship building
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Proven capabilities to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience running projects of all sizes including managing project budget and deadlines
  • Highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team oriented work environment 
  • Willingness to obtain business professional proficiency in cloud computing services (AWS or Azure) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Provide quality control through all aspects of project.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to receive critical feedback and provide revisions accordingly
