Learning and Development Advisor

Who we’re looking for:
As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will identify ICF Olson learning needs and design/deploy solutions in collaboration with the corporate learning & development team to improve individual and organizational performance. Key success factors for this role include development and delivery of asynchronous and synchronous training courseware, strong project execution, and driving consistent learning and development practices throughout the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization with a strong global presence and may require minimal travel.
What you’ll get to do:
• Partner with ICF Olson business leaders/HR/workforce planning to identify training needs, address skills gaps, assist with organizational change management, and adjust training to align with. business goals
• Actively participate as team member of the Corporate L&D team representing ICF Olson requirements and deploying corporate programs throughout ICF Olson.
• Scope, implement and manage learning project management plans to meet implementation milestones, ensure deliverables are met by self and others, and ensure projects come in on budget and on time
• Utilize learning technologies provided by Corporate L&D to engage the business through a variety of mediums
• Manage all deployment and communication activities related to ICF Olson L&D
• Continuously drive improvement of learning programs by using qualitative and quantitative feedback from participants, HR, and the overall ICF Olson business
• Manage the ICF Olson L&D budget with a view to offering the most cost effective and business appropriate learning solutions
• Collaborate with HR to identify new onboarding techniques/improvements to set new hires up for long-term success and job satisfaction• Leverage ICF Olson L&D metrics and analytics including training spend, training hours, learning outcomes, and standardization of these metrics across the organization
What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in training and development or closely related field with relevant experience
• Experience with learning and development services and solutions
• Experience applying the knowledge and practice of adult learning, blended learning solutions and training interventions to meet specific needs of groups and teams
• 5+ years of experience in training and development
• 5+ years of experience with overall program management and accountability for corporate learning services
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Skilled in developing customized training strategies for special organizational projects
• Direct project management of learning and development programs and events
• Experience using instructional methods and training techniques, including curriculum design principles, and blended learning strategies
• Experience in supporting HR/talent development programs and processes in a consulting/advertising/PR firm
• Proven experience in developing business relationships with internal clients and HR Business Partners
• Understanding of the Advertising industry
