What are the Learning Outcomes of Mechanics of RIF Workshop?
We'll show you a step-by-step process for conducting a RIF and then apply your new knowledge to a realistic case study in which you will run a mock RIF.

Who Should Attend the Workshop?
The target audience for the Workshop is federal employees, primarily oriented towards federal Human Resource specialists and leaders, including staffing, classification, and Employee/Labor Relations specialists. Federal attorneys who specialize in personnel law and Equal Employment Opportunity Specialists may also be interested. Members of the federal workforce may also wish to participate, although much of the content presupposes in-depth skills and knowledge of the federal HR system.
