Shilpa Trisal has nine years of experience preparing and managing environmental documents for regional and U.S. federal transit agencies. She is also an expert in Section 4(f) of the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) Act and community impact assessment/environmental justice. Ms. Trisal has worked on transit projects in California, Texas, Washington, and Alaska. Some of her project work has included preparation of environmental documentation for California High Speed Train, Gold and Expo Lines in Los Angeles, and Caltrain Peninsula Corridor Electrification Project in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Ms. Trisal has a master's degree in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor's degree in Planning from School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi, India.
