Kiana is a program management expert with over 20 years of experience in budgeting and fiscal accountability, staff management and oversight, and client management.

Kiana helps organizations meet their mission critical goals and objectives through expert program management consulting. She has a background in biomedical research and public health and has expertly managed programs in areas of health and digital communication, biomedical research and grants management, information technology software and systems development, clinical trials, and data management.

Kiana has managed large- and small-scale projects, bringing together diverse teams of technical and subject matter experts to help organizations solve their mission critical problems through program planning and execution. She has provided project and program management for clients across the federal government including the National Library of Medicine, the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Department of Defense. She also has extensive technical assistance and liaison experience supporting commercial, nonprofit, and community-based organizations.
